Hello and welcome back to the European Inhibitor Network! We hope you had a nice summer! But we are equally delighted to welcome you back to the series of “Happy 1/2 Hour with an Expert in Haemophilia Care”!
As we see a great importance in patient education and becoming an expert patient early on, the first session after the summer break will be a true ‘back-to-school’ session – we are inviting the young generation of patients to ask their questions to the expert!
Join the session “Children asking their questions about inhibitors” on Friday, 25 September at 19:00 Brussels time! Our invited expert for this session will be paediatric haematologist Dr Beatrice Nolan from Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital in Crumlin, Ireland.
In 2008 Dr Beatrice Nolan was appointed full-time Lead Consultant Haematologist in relation to paediatric haemophilia and allied bleeding disorders at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital in Crumlin (OLCHC – Dublin, Ireland) with a national remit. Previously she worked as a Consultant Haematologist at the St James’s Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Dr Nolan is a member of the National Haemophilia Council (NHC) of Ireland and the Irish Haemophilia Product Selection Monitoring Advisory Board (HPSMAB).
