We think it is essential that people with haemophilia who have inhibitors receive the necessary information, support and education, as well as make their voices heard in order to receive the optimal treatment and care, regardless the country they live in.

In this process it is important to collaborate closely with EHC National Member Organisations (NMOs) in order to ensure the exchange of information and experiences and develop a functioning network on a grassroots level. This process is greatly facilitated by NMO Inhibitor Ambassadors, who follow the developments in the EIN and inform the NMO regularly; promote the various EIN activities within the NMO and shares the information about relevant initiatives/publications on the national/ regional level within the EIN.

This task is not easy and sometimes requires peer-to-peer contact to remain motivated and inspired, as well as to stimulate the work of Inhibitor Working Group. Therefore we cordially invite all NMO Inhibitor Ambassadors to a video-conference to discuss your experiences as Inhibitor Ambassadors in your countries, as well as to voice to us what could be improved and how you can be better supported in your role!

The Inhibitor Ambassador video-conference will take place on 12 February 2019 at 19:00 CET (Brussels time)!

Please contact EHC Community Programmes Officer Kristine Jansone (kristine.jansone@ehc.eu) for more details!
